Have you heard the news?
NEWS: I am running for Florida House District 31. This is the seat held currently by Jennifer Sullivan. Jennifer is not seeking re-election.
The District covers central and northern Lake County and the northwestern part of Orange County, mostly Apopka and Zellwood. Over the last two years I have kept every one of my campaign promises – something I am very proud of. I have kept you informed, suggested ideas to our City management and helped to solve individual issues. The primary is August 18th and the easiest way to vote safely this year is by mail. Request a Vote-By-Mail ballot by calling the Supervisor of Elections in Lake County 352.343.9734 or in Orange County 407.836.2070. I am running on the Democratic Primary ballot. The last day to temporarily change party registration, so you can vote for me, is July 20th (call the same number above) . Please visit my website to learn why I am running and what I plan to focus on, along with general information about the District. You can follow me on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and track the progress of my campaign. Please "Like" and "Share" to help me move the message forward. You can donate to my campaign on my website, in person at Campaign Headquarters (128 W 4th Ave, Mount Dora, FL 32757) or by mailing a check to that same address. Want a yard sign? Email CrissyForFlorida@gmail.com with your address. I appreciate your support while I’ve served on City Council, and look forward to continuing to work hard as your State Representative. I am the only candidate, Democrat or Republican, running to be your District 31 representation that has government policy and government budget experience. I have a BA in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration both from Stetson University and as most of you know, I have an abundance of energy. We have all suffered through Covid-19 and as a resident and a small business owner, I have not once heard from my elected State officials. That’s not right. I have kept you informed while serving as your Council representative, and I will do the same when elected to represent you in Tallahassee. Rest assured, I will continue to work hard on City Council until my term ends on election day, November 3rd. I hope to have your support in my run for Florida House District 31. As always if I can help with anything or answer any questions please reach out anytime.
