The Regular Meeting begins at 6:00pm and the Agenda is as follows:


Resolution 2019-25, Ranking of Construction, Engineering, Inspection (CEI) and Grant Administration Services Firms. Four firms submitted proposals for the utility relocation on Hwy 441. This is a request for Council to approve the ranking of these firms based on their qualifications.


Resolution 2018-154, Easement Purchase for Parcel 1 on Hwy 441-William Dunlap Property. In order to relocate our utilities on Hwy 441, the City needs to purchase this easement. The cost is $178,355


Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-06, Disposal of City Utilities


Appeal:

We have an appeal to vote on Tuesday evening. This is to Appeal Historic Preservation Board Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition requests. This is a request for City Council to consider an appeal relating to the denial of a determination made by the Historic Preservation Board regarding the barn and two homes on the property recently purchased by the City at 3rd and Baker. These properties were purchased by the City in November 2018 for $798,000 to be developed into a surface parking lot.
